Murray sweeps past Rubin at Winston-Salem after Kyrgios withdraws

Andy Murray beat lucky loser Noah Rubin 6-2 6-0 to make it into the next round of the Winston-Salem Open after his original opponent Nick Kyrgios withdrew through injury.
