Sevilla striker Robbie Ure and Brondby’s Luis Binks are among five players handed their first full Scotland call-ups in new head coach Sebastien Pocognoli’s first squad.
Celtic defender Colby Donovan, Hearts winger Josh McPake and Stephen Welsh of Swansea City are also included for the upcoming Nations League games.
There is also a long-awaited recall for Hull City striker Oli McBurnie who won his last international cap in 2021.
Goalkeepers Scott Bain and Jon McCracken are back in following Craig Gordon’s decision to retire after the World Cup.
Napoli’s Billy Gilmour returns after a knee injury forced him out of the World Cup squad.
He has played 90 minutes back to back against Arsenal in the Champions League and then in a 1-0 Serie A win against Bologna on Sunday.
Napoli midfielder Scott McTominay is missing as he recovers from minor heart surgery. Rangers striker Lawrence Shankland is sidelined with a hamstring issue, with Torino’s Che Adams also injured.
