Nottingham Forest have agreed a club-record deal to sign Liam Delap from Chelsea.
The transfer is understood to be worth at least £45m and the striker is scheduled to have a medical on Wednesday.
Delap had interest from a number of other Premier League clubs, including Everton, but Forest have secured his signing.
Chelsea signed Delap last summer for £30m from Ipswich and valued him at around £50m this summer.
They have made a £15m profit on a striker who scored two goals in 41 appearances last season.
Forest’s previous record transfer saw Omari Hutchison join for £37.5m from Ipswich Town in August 2025.
