It was another action packed weekend in the Scottish Premiership with wins for Celtic, Rangers, Aberdeen, Livingston and St Johnstone.
Rangers recovered from a disappointing midweek performance in Champions League qualifying to beat Kilmarnock 2-0 and three players were named in the WhoScored.com Scottish Premiership team of the week.
Celtic recovered from a Ross County equaliser to win 3-1 and have two players represented in the XI.
After impressing in a 4-1 victory over St Mirren at Pittodrie, Aberdeen have two players with Livingston taking up three places after a 1-0 win at Dundee United.

Livingston rounded off the second week of the 2022/23 season with a hard fought 1-0 win at Dundee United. Left-back Cristian Montano was the star man for the visitors, earning a WhoScored.com rating of 8.10 in the process. Montano scored the decisive goal shortly after the restart, finding a way past Mark Birighitti with his only shot of the game. Three tackles, three interceptions and two clearances capped a clean sheet attaining display from the 30-year-old.
4. Leighton Clarkson (Aberdeen) – 8.23 rating
Coming off the bench to replace Hayden Coulsen with just 12 minutes on the clock, Leighton Clarkson went on to put in an impressive shift in the middle of the park as Aberdeen trounced St Mirren 4-1. The young midfielder scored the Dons’ third on the stroke of half time, netting with one of three shots. Clarkson also worked tirelessly off the ball, making four tackles, as he returned a rating of 8.23.
3. Tom Lawrence (Rangers) – 8.30 rating
After a so-so debut performance at Livingston last week, Tom Lawrence put in a man of the match shift for Rangers in their 2-0 win over Kilmarnock. The midfielder provided the assist for Antonio Colak’s opening goal after the break, the coming from one of four key passes, while Lawrence was unfortunate not to get on the scoresheet himself having struck the woodwork in the first half. The 28-year-old also made three tackles and completed one dribble to yield a rating of 8.30.
2. Bojan Miovski (Aberdeen) – 8.39 rating
Returning to Aberdeen’s 4-1 win over St. Mirren, striker Bojan Miovski was the star man in the comfortable victory as he returned a WhoScored.com rating of 8.39. Miovski bagged a first half brace at the Pittodrie Stadium, netting with two of six shots. In addition, the 23-year-old won three aerial duels in a solid performance that warranted a spot in the Scottish Premiership team of the week.

The Celtic winger makes the best XI for the second week running having registered a hat-trick of assists in the 3-1 win at Ross County.
