Wrapping up the Tottenham transfer news, rumours and gossip in the 2022 summer window.
What do Tottenham still need to do in this window?
Tottenham want quality replacements ready to come in if they are to let the likes of Bryan Gil and Japhet Tanganga leave before the end of the transfer window.
Gil is of interest to Valencia while AC Milan want Tanganga on loan with an option to buy – but Spurs have not agreed deals with either club yet.
Antonio Conte said on Friday that if players leave then they need to be replaced, although he is understood not to have been referring to Sergio Reguilon nor Harry Winks, who are not in his plans.
Gil and Tanganga have both been on the bench for Spurs this season, and their departures would leave the squad short of options while they are fighting across multiple competitions.

Conte: Kane is happy at Spurs ‘I want him to sign new deal’
Antonio Conte is convinced in-form Harry Kane is happy at Tottenham and believes the club are on the right path to persuading him to sign a contract extension.
Striker Kane, who has just under two years left on his existing deal, has begun the new Premier League season with a bang, scoring four goals in as many games to help high-flying Spurs take 10 points from a possible 12.
Head coach Conte, who replaced the sacked Nuno Espirito Santo in early November, feels unbeaten Tottenham are on an upward curve and working hard to satisfy Kane’s expectations.
“You know very well that you create the perfect time (for a contract extension) with a project,” the Italian said. “If also the player understands that there is a right process, that everybody is going in the same direction, I think every single player wants to see this.
“I think that Harry for sure is happy because he is seeing this type of situation. There is a vision, there is a direction and there is a unity to try to improve the team and also to improve the team at the level of his expectations.”
