Sassuolo: Arsenal ‘ahead’ in race to sign Locatelli

Arsenal are “ahead” in the race to sign Manuel Locatelli from Sassuolo and have made a “concrete offer” for the Italy midfielder, according to the Serie A club’s sporting director.
