Tottenham and Everton are in advanced talks over two players – Iliman Ndiaye and Richarlison.
Spurs have approached Everton to sign winger Ndiaye, with Cody Gakpo likely to go to Manchester City if he leaves Liverpool.
Everton want to sign their former striker Richarlison and are believed to be willing to make him an attractive offer. Richarlison left Merseyside in 2022, joining Antonio Conte’s Spurs side in a £60m deal, but has had a frustrating time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The fee would have to be right for Everton to sell Ndiaye, but he has rejected multiple new contract offers from the club.
He has also been on City’s target list for a new forward.

Spurs boss Roberto De Zerbi admitted on Saturday that Richarlison is one of three players who has asked to leave before the deadline.
The other two are Kevin Danso and Pape Matar Sarr.
De Zerbi revealed Richarlison, who is in the final year of his contract, was left out of Saturday’s squad for the 2-0 home defeat to Newcastle because he had asked to leave “too many times”.
“Richarlison, I don’t know. He said too many times he wants to leave,” De Zerbi said.

De Zerbi also wants to sign a new forward before the deadline. Chelsea’s Pedro Neto has also been on their radar but it looks like they are moving for Ndiaye.

Asked if the bid for Armstrong should be accepted, Moyes said: “It’s not really a question for just now. It will be a club decision.”
Academy graduate Armstrong started on the south coast to make his 24th Everton appearance.

“I’d bring into that Bryan Gray, who was at Preston North End, and Sir Philip Carter, who was at Everton when I first came in. Not always decisions are popular, and sometimes they have to do it for different reasons.
“Managers have to make decisions on players sometimes and they feels like huge decisions. But there’s sometimes bigger decisions to be made and the club will, I’m sure, make what they think is the right one.
“If I’d say something to them [the fans], I’d say their manager’s an Evertonian.”
